BIO-Europe Spring is one of the key annual meetings for the biotech and pharma sectors. After two highly successful virtual editions that were organised in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, BIO-Europe Spring 2022 will return with a hybrid edition, reuniting the life sciences community in person in Basel on 28 – 30 March and online between 4 – 6 April.
Each year, BIO-Europe Spring attracts 2,500 key market players, including decision-makers from the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, finance specialists, business development teams, investors and other industry experts. Over 1,400 companies are represented at the meeting each year and there are thousands of licensing opportunities available. Part of the programme are four presentation tracks: Biotech Company, Midsize Pharma and Next Generation allow companies to showcase their advantages and attract investors for their innovative ideas, while the Academic Innovators track allows researchers to present their visionary ideas to potential funding and development partners.
BIO-Europe Spring offers powerful business tools like the proprietary partnering platform, partneringONE, which allows participants to identify prospective partners and set up individual meetings, with over 15,000 one-on-one sessions recorded at the last live edition of the event. The upcoming hybrid edition will expand the unmatched offers of the event, extending its international reach and the exposure time for participants.
The BIO-Europe Spring 2022 conference and exhibition will take place as a hybrid event, with an in-person meeting in Basel on 28 to 30 March 2022 and an online programme on 4 – 6 April 2022.
